Deliberant is committed to superior customer support. We offer several ways for our customers to obtain support on all of our products and services.
Support Center
We have launched a brand new support center. Our previous support forum proved so successful with our customers that we decided to expand the online support options. The new support center can be found at http://support.deliberant.com.
The purpose of this new support center is to give more support options to our customers and fosters a community of assistance from peers. Sometimes other WISPs may have a better answer to a question than we can provide, or they may have a different perspective on things than we do. This type of discussion community and forum allow for a more wholesome support experience that we hope will benefit our customers and the WISP community as a whole.
The new support center consists of three main sections:
1. Files: This is where we will keep current and archived firmware, manual, configuration and other support files. Check here for any downloads you may need for our products!
2. Blogs: This is where we will post information, white papers, How-Tos and other examples of how you might go about doing something with our products. Check back often for new content.
3. Forums: This is where everyone can post questions and get answers. We strive to answer all support forum posts within 4 hours during business hours whenever possible. If you have a question or problem, we will do anything in our power to try to resolve it!
