Domestic shipping
We strive to process and ship all orders the same business day they are received. The cutoff for same day shipping depends on the shipper: DHL is Noon EST, USPS is Noon EST*, and the UPS cutoff is 1PM EST (*see below for further notes on USPS shipping). Orders processed after the daily cut-off time or on weekends will not ship until the following business day. If an item is not in stock, you should be notified of the product's status within fourty-eight hours.
Shipping is by the carrier of the customer's choice of UPS, USPS, or DHL. APO/FPO customers will have their parcels shipped by the US Postal Service. USPS Shipments may not always occur on the date they are ordered, as they require that they are driven to the post office. Please expect shipping delays if you choose the Postal Service as a shipping method.
If you choose DHL or UPS as your shipper, a signature may be required at delivery. If you don't want to sign for your package, annotate this in the order notes, and we'll mark the package as No Signature Required.
NOTE: We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, interruption of business, damages related to this agreement. Also note that shipping costs are NOT refundable.

International Shipping
Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law. Deliberant Wireless makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S.
Orders for shipment outside the US are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties, and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Note that shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Cancelling Your Order
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service department by telephone, and they will give you further information. Orders already shipped will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges BOTH ways.
